There are few colleges in this union territory but the ones which are there provide quality education to the students. The Government College is one of the most reputed colleges. The college offers four years of education in arts, science and commerce and is affiliated Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. The medium of instruction of the Degree Courses is in English.The Government Polytechnic, is one of the most well known institutes and provides and imparts education in the field of polytechnic studies. The two main courses offered by the Government Polytechnic are Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Civil Engineering. The faculty s highly qualified and gives personalized attention to the students. Such an institute has a big role to play in the educational advancement of the region.
